Information on the ESSE SAV

We've been master stove craftsmen at ESSE since 1854, and our products are designed and manufactured with meticulous attention to detail. It's this attention to detail that has made us a benchmark in the stove industry.

Since our foundation, ESSE has been handcrafting stoves and stoves, with a focus on quality and performance. Our appliances have proven their robustness in some of the world's most extreme environments: from the kitchens of the Savoy to the battlefields of Balaklava, from the icy expanses of Antarctica to the Houses of Parliament in London. Even today, they are made to last in the UK.

We believe that ESSE products should be presented, sold and installed with the same care as they are manufactured. That's why we rigorously select the dealers in our “ESSE Specialists” network.

At ESSE, we invest in exclusive training courses for our specialists to keep them up to date with the latest developments. We encourage our partners to display as many working models as possible, so that you can see our machines in action and ask any questions you may have before making your choice.

We offer after-sales support and technical assistance through our qualified dealers, who are experts in the sale, installation and use of ESSE products. This level of service is not available through national online distributors, whose obligations are limited to legal and ESSE responsibilities. We therefore invite our customers to visit their local showroom for the best possible service.

Guarantee details

Please note that these warranties exclude certain consumable parts.

Your ESSE is guaranteed against defects resulting from faulty workmanship for 2 years when supplied by an ESSE specialist.

The appliance may only be used for normal domestic purposes, in accordance with our instructions, and must be properly installed and maintained by qualified and competent engineers.

The warranty does not cover :

  • Installation
  • Normal wear
  • Damage to the enamel caused by impact, spillage, water infiltration or condensate attack from the flue, or by the use of unsuitable (non-approved) fuels.
  • This warranty is personal to the original purchaser and is not transferable.
  • Any defective stove or part replaced will become the property of ESSE.
